The CSSE Edmonton Chapter is holding an Executive Summit on Safety Culture, bringing in four (4) senior executive VPs of Safety, a subject matter expert with decades of real work experience and a seasoned facilitator to help explore the topic.
This will be a peer-to-peer event where you share your questions, understanding, and experiences with peers and they share theirs with you, collectively exploring ideas, existing knowledge and experiences to help everyone gain a deeper understanding of this important topic.
This will be a very exclusive morning session where the entire group explores the inner workings of a company’s Safety Culture including how it is shaped, strengthened, supported and/or potentially destroyed by our actions, choices and decisions of leaders and/or team members.
The session will be in the world café style where tables are arranged in the shape of a square forming four teams of 8 that will each have an experienced VP join them to help navigate ideas, questions, and insights before they bring the discussion back to the larger group. Each group will have an opportunity to pose challenging questions, discuss their experiences share what they have learned over the years.
You will be required to prepare questions, a summary of experiences and insights before the session in order to help the team engage in more meaningful dialogue early on in the session.
