The SPAN Group has considerable experience conducting the CSP workshop and the majority of their students pass the examination on the first time out (over 90%).  They offer many advantages over their competitors including the following:

 

The CSP course, including math, is taught totally in three days.  We teach all required math and calculator skills that may be needed for each examination.  Each student is provided with a two volume set of workbooks, which includes over 800 questions with expanded answers that explain how the answer was derived. 

 

During the workshop, we discuss how to develop a follow on study program and provide a workbook specifically designed to enhance the follow on studies (Volume II).

 

The workbooks are updated annually and a 2008 edition will be used for your workshop.

 

SPAN’s instructor staff is available via e-mail or telephone to assist students during their self-study with reference material, problem solutions, etc.

 

The course includes a scientific calculator for each student with instructions and practice exercises. The scientific calculator is one of the BCSP approved calculators and the ability to use it with confidence is a great advantage when testing and are also very useful in a safety practice.
